I have a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Psychology from Tabor College and an Associate’s degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Tarrant County College, and I became dry needling certified in 2025. My treatment philosophy centers on one-on-one care with a strong emphasis on patient education to empower individuals throughout their rehabilitation. Outside of work, I enjoy working out, baking, sewing, rollerblading, and thrift shopping. A fun fact about me is that I’m originally from Kansas and played college basketball for four years.
